Web Design Services
What It Is. What We Do. What You Can Expect.
You’ve only got one shot at a first impression… and, for most companies, the first interaction they’ll ever have with their customer is when they visit their website.
And beyond being the digital lobby for your business, your website should also be your top salesperson, a marketing manager that doesn’t sleep, and your customer service representative that knows how to answer your customer’s most important questions.
If your website isn’t doing that currently… well… it’s time to design a new website.
From our experience, there’s three types of websites:
- A site that is optimized to convert visitors into customers.
- A site that is over complicated and confusing that drives users away.
- And a site that is underwhelming and under-delivers the quality of your offering, making it harder for you to sell.
StoryBrand’s Donald Miller once said, “People buy the products and services they can understand the fastest.”
And we couldn’t agree more. When someone comes to your website, everyone should drive them to the conclusion that THIS is who I want to do business with.
So, you need to have a website that is fast, looks great, is user-friendly on all devices, and it should get visitors to take action!
Plus, search engines observe how people interact with your site so making it a positive one will let search engines know you’re doing all you can to help users get what they need.
In turn, the search engines will reward you for it with higher rankings.
We’ve spent decades investing in our website design team, tools, and processes because we know how critical it is to your business.
The result is that we’ve produced literally thousands of high-quality websites that perform for businesses all across the world in numerous industries.
Here’s how our web design process works to make this all happen for you:
- Discovery Call: First, our team meets with you to learn about your business and what you offer. We’ll talk about your business goals and what you’re wanting to accomplish with your site design.
- Design Questionnaire: After the Discovery Call, we send you our Design Questionnaire which helps us understand your audience as well as your taste and vision for the look of the website.
- Internal Review: Our next step is to review and get everything organized and queued up for our designers to do their best work. You’ll also be able to send us content, photos, and assets for our team to use.
- Design: Next, our team of highly skilled and creative designers – all based here within the US – will design your site by using the inputs collected during the previous steps.
- Site Review: Once the design is complete, our team will meet with you to share the BETA site. You’ll be able to submit feedback and share change requests with our team using our user-friendly feedback tool.
- Launch: Once we’ve completed all the feedback requests from you and you’re 100% satisfied, we’ll conduct our launch checklist and point your domain to our lightning fast Managed WordPress servers. If you’d like to use your own web host, we can send you the website files. To point your domain, we’ll either need access to your domain registrar or can provide instruction if you’d like to point the domain yourself.
So, how long does this all take?
Website delivery times are dependent on when we’ve collected all of your content, you’ve submitted the design questionnaire, and you’ve shared all of your requests.
The timeline is also highly dependent on how small or how large the site is. A simple request can turn a simple page design into a complex, custom development.
Because of this, delivery times vary greatly between websites.
However, as our team works through our process, we’ll be able to give you estimated delivery times along the way.
At the end of the day, we know you’re going to join the chorus of happy business owners who have been able to grow their businesses with a conversion-optimized website from Lemonade Stand.
We hope you’ll give us a shot to do the same for you.
